Insurance Info:

At this time, I am going through the credentialing process with Optum/United Healthcare, Humana, Cigna, Florida Blue (Blue Cross/Blue Shield), and Aetna. If you have a different insurance than those listed, please contact info@olivebranchpsychiatry.net and I will be happy to look into becoming credentialed with your insurance company, but I cannot make any guarantees. Unfortunately, I do not accept Medicaid, nor can you submit a superbill for reimbursement for them.
